1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GROWEFX platform ("Service"), operated by GROWEFX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service, including but not limited to users of our life coaching programs, educational courses, AI-powered assessment tools, and milestone planning features.

2. Age Requirements & Parental Consent

Minimum Age: Users must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13-17 years old must have parental or legal guardian consent.

Parental Responsibilities: Parents or legal guardians who consent to their minor child's use of the Service agree to:

• Supervise their child's participation in coaching programs
• Monitor their child's use of AI-powered tools and assessments
• Review all course materials and content accessed by their child
• Be financially responsible for all charges incurred

Parents may request access to their minor child's account, progress reports, and assessment results by contacting growefx@yahoo.com.

3. Service Description & Limitations

Nature of Services: GROWEFX provides educational life coaching and personal development services based on the Relativity Map™ framework developed by Coach Michael Roper. Our services include:

• Life coaching and mentorship programs
• Educational courses (What's Relative, It's Relative, Brand U)
• AI-powered personality assessments (UrRELEVANT)
• Goal-setting and milestone planning tools
• Community support and resources

NOT Mental Health Services: Coach Michael Roper and GROWEFX are NOT licensed therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, or medical professionals. Our services are:

• NOT therapy, counseling, or mental health treatment
• NOT a substitute for professional medical or psychological care
• NOT diagnostic or clinical in nature
• Educational and motivational only

Crisis Protocol: If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, or thoughts of self-harm, you MUST contact:

• 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text)
• Crisis Text Line: Text "HELLO" to 741741
• 911 for immediate medical emergencies
• Your local emergency services

GROWEFX maintains an "open door policy" - we will assist in connecting you to appropriate emergency resources, but we are not equipped to provide crisis intervention or emergency mental health services.

4. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate conduct.

5. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled.

30-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases:

• Eligible: Courses with less than 25% content accessed, unused coaching sessions, first-month subscriptions
• Not Eligible: Completed courses, used coaching sessions, assessment reports already delivered, digital downloads accessed
• Process: Email refund request to growefx@yahoo.com within 30 days of purchase with explanation
• Timeframe: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days to original payment method

Subscription Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing growefx@yahoo.com. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge all fees incurred.

6. AI-Powered Services & Disclaimers

UrRELEVANT Assessment: Our AI-powered personality assessment provides general insights for self-reflection and personal development. It is NOT:

• A psychological evaluation or diagnosis
• A substitute for professional assessment
• Clinically validated or approved by medical authorities
• Intended for employment screening or legal proceedings

AI Milestone Planner: Automated recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence based on your inputs. You are responsible for:

• Reviewing and adapting suggestions to your circumstances
• Using your own judgment in implementing recommendations
• Not relying solely on AI suggestions for major life decisions

GROWEFX is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI-generated recommendations. All AI tools are provided "as is" for educational purposes.

7. Results Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Outcomes: Success stories and testimonials represent individual experiences. Your results WILL VARY based on:

• Your effort, commitment, and consistency
• Your starting circumstances and resources
• Your application of principles taught
• External factors beyond our control

GROWEFX makes NO guarantee of specific income, career advancement, academic achievement, or life outcomes. Results depend entirely on individual effort and circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by GROWEFX:

• Trademarks: GROWEFX™, UrRELEVANT™, IT'S RELATIVE™, DESIGN U™, RELATIVITY MAP™
• Copyrights: Course materials, videos, workbooks, assessments, software
• Proprietary Methods: The Relativity Map framework and methodologies

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased materials for personal use only. You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, or sell course materials
• Use our trademarks without written permission
• Create derivative works or competing products
• Share login credentials or course access with others

9. User Conduct & Community Guidelines

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• GROWEFX is NOT LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim
• We provide the Service "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GROWEFX, Coach Michael Roper, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you post or share through the Service

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at growefx@yahoo.com to attempt informal resolution.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will be conducted in Columbus, Ohio.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• Prominent notice on the website
• In-app notification

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Termination

By You: You may terminate your account at any time by emailing growefx@yahoo.com or through your account settings.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay amounts owed
• Pose a risk to other users or the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after 90 days unless required by law to retain it.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GROWEFX regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
