GROWEFX ("GROWEFX", "we", "us") runs the GROWEFX Creator Network. We are based in Columbus, Ohio.

What this covers

This notice covers the Creator Network application form, the GROWEFX Creator Network Discord server, and creator payouts. Our general website Privacy Policy covers the rest of the GROWEFX website. If the two differ, this notice controls for the Creator Network.

Who can apply

The Creator Network is for people 18 and older, even though other GROWEFX services accept younger users. If you are under 18, please do not apply or join. If we learn that someone under 18 gave us information, we will delete it.

What we collect

We do not read your messages or direct messages. Our invite tracker does not access message content.

Why we use it

To review and screen applications.
To confirm you own the account you applied with.
To contact you about your application and the program.
To pay you through Stripe.
To check that posts carry the required disclosure.
To see which recruiting sources work. We count these in total. We do not use this to target or contact individual people.
To keep out people who were previously removed from the program.
To meet legal, tax, and record-keeping duties.

We use software, including AI tools from outside providers (for example, Anthropic's Claude), to help organize and check applications. A person makes every approval decision.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.

Today, the application form and this page do not use advertising pixels or session recording. If that ever changes, we will update this notice before it takes effect. Our hosting platform, Base44, may log basic technical details such as your IP address and browser type when you visit these pages.

We use these service providers to run the program: Base44 (our app and database), Stripe (payments), and Discord (the community platform). They handle your information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Discord join records that were never linked to an application	90 days, then deleted
Applications that were not approved, or that you withdrew	12 months, then deleted
Approved creator records	While you take part in the program, then only what tax and financial record-keeping laws require

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to growefx@yahoo.com. We will reply within 30 days. If your request is complex, it can take up to 45 days, and we will tell you if so. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

If you are a California resident, you have these rights under California law. If you live elsewhere, we will handle your request the same way.

If you delete your Discord account, tell us and we will delete the information we hold that is linked to it.

Security

Only authorized GROWEFX administrators can view applications and join records. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will post the new version here with a new date. If the change affects what we collect or how long we keep it, we will tell you before we apply it to information you have already given us.
